Welcome back to the Constant Elevation podcast! After a year-long hiatus, I, Gabe Rock, am excited to reconnect and share more leadership insights and personal stories. In this season premiere, I dive into the past year's events and my journey from Air Combat Command to my new role as the 709th Support Group Commander at Patrick Space Force Base.

Life Update:
Completed a two-year tour on the Cyberspace Operations and Warfighting Communications Directorate at Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia.
Assumed command of the 709th Support Group at Air Force Technical Application Center, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.
Relocated from Langley to Florida with my family, adjusting to the new environment and responsibilities.
Earned my certification as a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and completed my run as coach as CrossFit Hampton Roads, Yorktown, Virginia. New Beginnings:
Embracing the unique mission of the 709th and learning from the brilliant scientists and specialists in the team.
Balancing work, family, and personal interests, including our transition to Florida's climate and culture.
Starting a new coaching opportunity at CrossFit Inclusion in Cocoa, Florida. Future Plans:
Continuing to share my personal perspective on leadership, to include in the office, in the gym, and in life in general.
Signed up to earn my Project Management Professional certificate, of which I’m aiming to achieve by end of year.
Share insight and glimpses into my life as a husband, parent, and avid nerd, with plans to explore local events and conventions.
